Description
The audit will be delivered nationally. The successful bidder will be required to build on the achievements of the audit to date and enhance the ability of the audit to be used for healthcare improvement. The total contract value is £1,314,000 for the duration of three years. It is anticipated that the new service will commence in April 2022. The procedure that the Commissioner is following is set out in the Invitation to Tender. The process will follow an open procurement. Whilst the contract value is listed as £1,314,000 for a duration of 3 years, Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership reserve the right to invoke aspirational intent.

Please note, there is no commitment by the Authority at this stage to include any of the above aspirational intent. Taking this aspirational intent into account, including the possibility that a contract extension may be offered for an additional two years, the potential ceiling value is £2,806,812.80 GBP excluding VAT.
