Description

Surrey County Council is re-procuring the 5-year Framework of contractors for its £30m pa Forward Maintenance minor capital works programme. The new Framework will comprise three Lots: Lot 1 Fabric; Lot 2 Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing; Lot 3 Design and Build. Successful companies will secure a place on the Frameworks, so that they can tender for annual packages of works over the next 5 years.

Prospective contractors are invited to a Bidders' Engagement meeting at Surrey County Council's new headquarters in Reigate, RH2 8EF later this month.
