Description

TGPL has a legacy Service Desk solution which is primarily used for Incident and Request management, along with some Problem management. It is currently only used by the IT and HR functions within TGP. As part of the broader strategic direction to develop the TGPL 'Service Style' and deliver an amazing customer experience TGPL is looking to implement a new internal Service Desk solution which is capable of supporting HR, IT (including Management Information), Facilities and Finance. In order to support this strategic direction the new Service Desk solution will need to provide excellent self-service and service reporting functionality and be accessible to users via both web-based clients and mobile devices.
The priority will be to provide a new solution to support HR and IT before the Friday 31 March 2017, before rolling out more widely across TGPL.
