Description

Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wishes to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to undertake roofing works to 1-32 White's Close (octagonal building), St Agnes, Cornwall.

The works include the removal / replacement of roof coverings, removal / replacement of guttering / rainwater goods, facias / soffits, removal / replacement of balconies flooring, external decorations, removal / replacement of glazed roof apex and lightning protection system upgrades.

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 60% Price and 40% Quality.
