Cornwall Council and Cornwall Housing will be holding a supplier engagement day on Thursday 15th December, 2016 in relation to the upcoming tender for Temporary Emergency Accommodation for Homeless Households. This will be a short presentation followed by a question and answer session.
We welcome traditional and non traditional accommodation types and look forward to meeting with as many potential suppliers as possible.

From the A30, take the B3284 towards Truro
Continue through Allet and Shortlanesend. Pass the War Memorial on your left and continue downhill. You will pass Chainwalk Drive on your left and then Hendra Road on your right.
Turn left soon after this into Higher Trehaverne. There is a white house opposite the turning.
Continue along Higher Trehaverne, passing the school on your right. The driveway into Epiphany House is the second turning on the left.
From Truro
From Truro centre, take the B3284 (Perranporth Road) out of Truro. Pass under the railway bridge.
Take the second road on the right (Higher Trehaverne).
Continue along Higher Trehaverne, passing the school on your right. The driveway into Epiphany House is the second turning on the left.
