Description

Hertfordshire County Council are looking to employ a contractor under a JCT Design and Build Contract to provide a new, 2-storey, 8 classroom block together with support and resource areas, adaptation and refurbishment of the existing school, a new MUGA and external space/landscaping. This work is due to be commenced in June 2019 and to be fully operational for the school in September 2020. It is thought that the work would be carried out in a phased way to utilise the two summer holiday periods.
