Description

The provision of professional contaminated land advice on all aspects of contaminated land on the Isle of Wight.

The Authority's Regulatory Services have responsibilities with regards to the inspection and redevelopment of land which may contain contamination. These responsibilities fall within the development control process or under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The Service Provider shall provide professional advice in respect of contaminated land matters to the Authority.

The estimated value of the contract is £13,000 per annum however please note that this will be a non-exclusive contract and these services are required on an ad hoc basis. As such no value or volume of work is guaranteed.

The term of the contract commence on 1 January 2019 for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months (1+1) at the sole discretion of the Authority.
