Description

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) requires a contractor to complete a scheme which comprises of the upgrading of Priestly Wharf as part of phase 2 of project, including:
• Gypsum board dry linings/ partitions/ ceilings
• Rigid sheet fine linings and panelling
• Demountable suspended ceilings
• Doors/ shutters/ hatches
• Rubber/ plastics/ cork/ lino/ carpet tiling/ sheeting
• Painting/clear finishing
• General fixtures/ furnishings/ equipment
• Sanitary appliances and fittings
• General internal signage systems
• Fire-stopping systems
• Door/ window ironmongery
• Sealants
