Description

Hertsmere Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to design and construct a multi-storey decked car park over part of the existing Civic Office car park. The successful tenderer will also be required to obtain planning permission and all other statutory approvals prior to construction.


The Construction Contract will be the JCT 2016 Design and Build Contract.
