Description
The Council wishes to establish a Contract for repair of roofs to Boardroom and manager's flat and repair of main fa?ade to the Moseley Road Baths, Moseley Road, Balsall Heath.
The Contract will last for the period of the project commencing September 2021 for a period of 6 months.
The works consists of the following:
o The stripping out and re-roofing of the pitched slate roofs over the Board Room and manager's flat
o Associated rainwater and gutter repairs
o Repair of the front fa?ade
o Making good of internal historical finishes
o The repair of the stained-glass windows
o Lighting and electrical upgrades
o Possible temporary roofing due to the works taking place during autumn/winter
The contract will be awarded to a single supplier.
