Description

Wolverhampton Homes provides Grounds Maintenance and Arboricultural Services upon Housing land under a Management Agreement with the City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC). The delivery of these works through a single contract forms part of Wolverhampton Homes wider initiatives through which it seeks to provide efficient, cost effective services that are seamless, co-ordinated and meet the specific needs of Wolverhampton Homes tenants and leaseholders. The Service, as defined in the contract conditions, includes the grounds maintenance of land, open spaces and housing estates within the management of Wolverhampton Homes, and includes arboricultural works to trees on land managed by Wolverhampton Homes. It is the intention that the contract for these works will be let to a single supplier on a 5 year plus potential 5 year extension basis subject to the continued attainment of achieving and maintaining the specification standard and satisfying Key Performance Indicators. It is the intention that this requirement will be let through the JCLI Landscape Maintenance Works Contract 2017 and any supplier considering applying will be familiar and have a working knowledge of this form and will be in possession of a copy for the purposes of this tendering opportunity.
