Description

The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Quotes from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of a 'Housing First' service for entrenched rough sleepers with complex and multiple needs. The Authority plans to support a cohort of single homeless clients based on a Housing First model for one year. The funding secured through the Rough Sleeper Initiative Grant awarded by the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government will provide for initial start-up and delivery of this pilot. This will allow us to develop the local evidence base to support a business case for permanent funding as part of a wider review of Supported Housing being delivered following integrated commissioning principles. This is a fixed price contract of £60,000. The successful supplier shall receive the full £60,000 to deliver the Housing First service for a 12 month period. The term of the contract shall be from the 'go live' date determined by the successful supplier's mobilisation plan and shall run for a 12 month period from that date.
