LONDON AND QUADRANT HOUSING ASSOCIATION HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR A NUMBER OF INVENTORY REPORT PROVIDERS TO BE AWARDED TO A SELECT SUPPLIER LIST TO PROVIDE INVENTORY REPORTS DETAILING PROPERTY CONDITION BOTH WHEN TENANTS ENTER AND VACATE PRIVATE RENTED SECTOR AND INTERMEDIATE MARKET RENT PROPERTIES.
THE PROPERTY PORTFOLIO NUMBERS 3,200 CURRENTLY AND IS EXPECTED TO BE 5,000 IN 3 YEARS AND 25,000 IN 10 YEARS.
GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE OF PROPERTIES IS ACROSS LONDON WITH A NUMBER IN PERIPHERAL TOWNS.
