Description

The Education Funding Agency is seeking to commission a suitably experienced and competent Design and Build contractor to carry out the design and construction of a new four court sports hall and associated changing and storage facilities.
The Contractor will be procured on a two-stage full JCT design and build contract with EFA amendments with a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA)

The target construction programme runs from early November 2017 to June 2018
