Description
The Authority has a requirement for the Refurbishment of an existing furniture store to form a new Cook Freeze Facility. The works generally comprise structural alterations including replacement of existing staircase and strengthening works to the upper floor; insulation to ceilings, floors and walls internally, as well as new windows, external doors and repair works to cracking located on the external masonry walls. Services works comprise the provision of power and data as well as domestic water supply and below ground drainage. Fit out works to be carried out by others.
