Description
Procurement of a Shared Care Record Service on behalf of the Northamptonshire CCGs for Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership (NHCP). A Shared Care Record (SCR) is a record that is built by integrating data and information held on patients across a range of health and social care providers. In this sense it is a data integration exercise but one that carries profound benefits for patient outcomes and local health and care provision. The Contract will commence on 1st October 2019 and will be for a duration of three years with an option to extend for up to an additional two years on a 1 year + 1 year basis.
