Description

The awarding authority needs to provide electrical repairs & maintenance works to cover a backlog and of un-acceptable volume of over-due orders. The appointed contractor were the incumbent contractor for the Periodic Electrical Installation Testing and Remedial Works Contract B - South and are therefore acquainted with the housing stock. The Schedule Of Rates (SOR) contained in this contract provide a comprehensive and sustainable schedule of prices for works. It is essential that the council is able to carry out repairs to electrical systems and conduct tests to meet health and safety legislation and other regulations, including right to repairs.
