Description

Whilst International income has grown in recent years, there is significant potential for further growth. This growth is expected to be unlocked through targeted commercial engagement and product development focused to meet the needs of wider market clients. Policing varies significantly around the world, in terms of the way policing is structured and operationally delivered. Perception of UK policing, whilst highly regarded internationally, also varies. To most efficiently and effectively meet the perceived demand we have reached a stage where an analytical review of perspective markets, against the comparability of our existing offer and recommendations for best targeting wider market clients is necessary. An independent and informed view as to the approach the College should take to further grow income will be of significant value and worthy investment.
