Description

The project consists of the conversion of the vacated library space on the first floor of Far Cotton REC Centre (NN4 8LG). The works comprise of the provision of 5 midwifery consulting rooms complete with associated services, the provision of a new accessible WC's & washroom block, a staff/store room, the renovation of an existing staff kitchen and reception office and refurbishment of large double height open plan meeting space. Works include alterations to the buildings eastern elevation ,the erection of internal partition walls to create room sets, full electrical & mechanical fit out to include ventilation, general building including false ceiling provision and decorations throughout.

The successful applicant will be required to deliver services in accordance with all attached documents and the contract to be placed. The contract will be subject to Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust requirements and satisfactory performance through continuous monitoring and performance review. During the contract life, the successful applicants will need to achieve continuous improvement. Failure to do so may result in the contract being terminated.
