Description

Powder X-ray diffractometer system
We seek tenders to supply a new powder X-ray diffraction system. The core requirement is a complete powder X-ray system capable of collection of data in reflection geometry (Bragg-Brentano). The system should provide a sample changer with at least 6 positions. The system be capable of collecting data suitable for Rietveld refinement for small molecule pharmaceuticals and metal-organic frameworks. The system should be able to reach a low-angle limit of at least 0.7°. Appropriate software for data analysis should be included
