Description

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council is looking for a supplier to develop and provide a unique and individual commercial offer in Poole Quay for a two-day Seafood Festival in 2020, 2021 and 2022. BCP Council invites suppliers to submit proposals for a Seafood Festival, however proposals for similar event ideas will be taken into consideration if they meet the requirements of the tender documents and relate to a Food Festival that strongly incorporates a seafood element.
The proposed Festival will need to encompass as many local businesses as possible (especially existing quayside traders), drive increased footfall and highlight the exceptional variety of seafood that is on offer in the area. The festival needs to be quality based and raise the profile of Poole Quay as a leisure and dining destination as well as fully complementing the brand of Poole.
