Description

The Authority is seeking to procure a Social Enterprise which will deliver the functions of Healthwatch in North Tyneside, the independent consumer champion for health and social care in the Borough. Healthwatch North Tyneside will: Promote better outcomes for local people in health and social care;
Represent the collective voice of patients, service users, carers and the public to commissioners, service providers and local politicians; and
Support individuals to access information about services.
