Description

The service aims to provide short breaks that allow children and young people with SEND to be supported so that they are fully prepared for adulthood. Enfield has adopted the SEND Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) outcomes to ensure that young people are supported to live healthy lives, to access employment opportunities, to live independently and to be fully included in their communities. Providers are expected to support the young people in achieving these outcomes.
