Description

The University's existing EPOS estate was established in 2012 and supports all catering and hospitality activity across our campus. The estate comprises 97 'MCR' EPOS terminals alongside various mobile EPOS units supporting our mobile and 'pop-up' catering operations. The University has developed this platform extensively over the past 3 years. We are now seeking to review our EPOS solution. The chosen supplier will manage the development of our existing EPOS service offerings to a platform and standard software features of the solution will be leveraged to deliver services to our customers. The selected supplier will provide a high quality Hardware and Software solution with excellent support and warranties, updated regularly and with a development roadmap to meet modern customer and business demands.
The contract shall be for 3 years with extension of up to 1 plus 1 years if the services are being provided satisfactorily and if there is still a requirement.
