Requirement
SLaM NHS Trust are looking for a price to replace the boilers within the Maudsley Hospital Main Plant Room, located at the Maudsley Hospital (Denmark Hill, SE5 8AZ). There are 4 no. existing boilers within the plant room and whilst they are all at end of life, only 2 no. boilers are presently operational and as such the remaining 2 no. boilers require urgent replacement ahead of the upcoming heating season.
Scope of Works
The Trust are seeking a quotation for the removal of the existing 2 no. life expired boilers (existing Remeha Gas 310-610 1150 KW boilers), where the stripped out boilers are to be handed back to the Estates team for the parts to be stripped, and the installation of 2 no. Remeha Gas 310-610 1150 KW Eco Pro boilers on a like-for-like basis. It is noted that no adaptations or alterations are anticipated to the existing flues.
