Description
Tower Hamlets Homes are procuring the following contracts for which a Supplier Market Engagement Event will be held. We would appreciate attendance from interested suppliers for the following contracts:
1. The Repairs, Maintenance and Minor planned works Term contract (10 years)
2. Communal Mechanical Plant (Repairs, Maintenance, Servicing and Minor planned works) Term contract (10 Years)
3. Domestic Heating (servicing, planned preventative maintenance and repair) Term Contract (9 years)
4. Fire Safety (Repairs, Maintenance, Servicing and Minor planned works) Term contract (5 years)
The contracts are of significant value and duration and while we are looking for Principal Contractors who will be submitting tenders for the above, we would also like this to be a networking event where subcontractors get to meet the Principal Contractors attending. Please confirm your attendance (and numbers) at this event for catering purposes.
