Description
Over its first five-year grant cycle, MDC has delivered above its ambitious goals and carved a nationally valued position across industry, academia, medical research charities and government.
During this time, MDC has grown and matured as an organisation, developing its scientific service provision and driving national programmes. This has introduced layers of complexity that can make it difficult to communicate clearly and consistently to internal and external stakeholders. There is a need to review current messaging and work with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities to develop and refine key messages and to deliver an aligned communications messaging matrix that will benefit the user experience when interacting with MDC's services and people and support further growth.
