Description
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (the Council) is determined to improve the quality of life of its vulnerable residents and to promote social inclusion, integration and a holistic approach.
The Council will be commissioning a framework to increase the range of local activities available for people with a learning disability and autism. The aim is to increase choice and to ensure activities support people to progress and develop or maintain their independence within the community by promoting a "think work first" culture and by offering a greater variety of developmental valued and fulfilling activities with greater choice, personalisation and flexibility, supporting individuals to develop their social, emotional, communication and independent living skills.
Before commencing this procurement and in order to maximise interest and participation from potential providers, we are seeking the views and feedback on:
Draft Specifications;
Draft Fees structure;
Draft Lot 1 - Activity programme - this will need to be submitted and refresh in annual basis.
'Readiness to Tender' support required by potential supplier to prepare for the tender.
GDPR questionnaire
Feedback from suppliers will be kept confidential. The Council reserve the right to modify the draft documents before publishing the tender.
