Description

LHC are looking to create a Construction Consultancy framework working in parallel with our H1 WS2 Housing Construction framework and other LHC frameworks to provide consultancy services, likely to include Employers Agent, Architectural Services, Project Management, QS Services, Health and Safety, Structural Engineering, Clerk of Works, M&E Consultancy and any other consultancy services that may be necessary to assist a publicly funded organisation in getting a construction project from feasibility stage through construction to handover and ongoing management for the client.

Lots will be divided by region and discipline, with tenderers able to bid for individual disciplines or a combined consultancy service offering all disciplines.
