Description
St Albans City & District Council wishes to appoint a specialist electrical contractor to carry-out the Periodic Inspections together with rewiring the City's Council housing stock, city wide.
To annually carry out approximately 722 Periodic Inspections testing to various sized domestic dwellings & annually carry out approximately 70 domestic Electrical Rewires to Local Authority Dwellings 2016-2019
The Contractor will following the test, provide a report and NICEIC/ECA test certificate to the Principle Designer, and remove any waste and debris.
