Description

The requirement will be based on a Hybrid/Supply Chain Optimisation Model which will deliver a bespoke service tailored to One Housing Group's (OHG) needs and challenges.

The RPO provider is expected to deliver OHG's direct employee resourcing service and contribute to supplying temporary workers whilst reducing Group recruitment costs.

The RPO provider will also be expected to improve One Housing Group's recruitment process and enhance the employer brand to attract talented new recruits.
