The Former Tomato Farm site has been unoccupied since 2019. There are approximately 4 structures on the site which vary in size and scale, and 30 no. caravans. Homes England acquired the site in 2019. Following review of information provided on transfer the requirement to undertake asbestos surveys to both meet Homes England duty of care in relation to Health & Safety and provide supporting information to planned demolitions has been identified.
