Description
Interested parties are required to provide a footfall monitoring solution for Wigan Town Centre. Our initial research has shown that there are a number of technical solutions for carrying out footfall monitoring, including camera- based, wi-fi tracking, and mobile app tracking systems. However, we feel that the consistency of camera-based approach, as it is not linked to phone ownership and wi-fi and app usage, would provide our preferred solution. You should note that proof of concept for a period of 2 months is required - see RFQ documentation for further details.
