Description

Harrogate Borough Council wishes to improve its service re debt recovery and requires a software system which will be able to administer multiple debts for in-house Enforcement Agents and back office team. This software should be cloud based and be accessible via a secure portal/app/web browser which will meet Local Government PSN requirements. Data storage should meet the requirements of the current Data Protection Act, and the incoming General Data Protection Regulations
