Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
Call-off from this DPS is available for any other local authority, public sector body or educational establishment within the United Kingdom. The DPS may be utilised by private sector companies with the process being managed by TWC on their behalf.
The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will provide a list of potential providers considered capable of carrying out minor works to a satisfactory standard valued up to £800,000 (although some projects may exceed this value). It will not include routine planned maintenance which is covered by the Measured Term Contract and is procured separately.
The nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, those services identified by the CPV code and summarised in section II.2.
