Description

The Cancer Awareness service will raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of cancer (particularly colorectal, lung, prostate and breast) in targeted populations. It also needs to encourage people to take up their offer of screening for breast, cervical and bowel. It should do this through engaging members of the public in innovative ways to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms and encourage people to seek help where they report symptoms.
