Demolition and clearance of existing smoke shelter, removal and clearance of plant growth to create to footpath. Groundwork / foundation preparation. Construction of sub-structure. Supply and fix new cavity walls. Extend top of existing external walls and extend to same height as cavity walls.Supply and fit new flat roof, including flashings and alterations to rainwater system. Supply and fix external door. Supply and fix floated concrete floor and epoxy floor paint. Undercoat and top coat to walls.
