Description
The Council wishes to procure the services of a specialist contractor to carry out Conversion and alteration to former drop in centre at Jimmy Green Court, 52 Coronation Square, Reading
It will involve the Conversion of an existing ground floor area to form new 2 bed wheelchair accessible flat.
The property will not be occupied at the time of work
Contract duration is expected to be approximately 13 weeks completion from commencement. Contract start date expected to be 1st July 2020.
The works specification / pricing schedule are as contained on separate attached document
The quote which you have provided will be subject to the JCT minor works building contracts 2016.
The contractor is expected to submit their quotation by completely pricing all items in the works specification / price schedule as attached
