Description

The seven* Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), acting together under a Collaborative Commissioning Agreement, wish to procure a Service Provider for the Sussex Home Visiting Service who will form part of the Integrated Urgent Care Service in Sussex, interfacing and working in partnership with the newly appointed NHS111 and Clinical Assessment Services (CAS) provider, Urgent Treatment Centres, GP Improved Access services and other emerging urgent, primary and community health care services. [See Note 1]

Note 1: NHS111-CAS provider for Kent, Medway and Sussex has been procured separately, pending contract award.
