Description

Shropshire Council holds a current contract for a Carers Support Service which expires on 31.01.2021 and is therefore now recommissioning and retendering the service and wishes to appoint a provider who is able to deliver a quality Carers Support Service with a contract commencement date on 01.02.2021.

The budget available is fixed at £160,000 per annum for the duration of the Contract which will be for an initial term of 2 years with the potential to extend the contract by a further 2 years subject to Contract performance and budget availability. The price will not be subject to payment reviews for the duration of the Contract term.

Applicants should note that it is considered that the Employee 'Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations '2006 ('TUPE') will apply to this contract.
