Description

DVLA's requirement is to review workplace planning and space optimisation for particular areas within its estate as part of a wider estate modernisation strategy. Independent, suitably qualified, estates professional consultant and project management expertise will be required to lead on review of the areas in scope and to develop designs for each of these areas in collaboration with DVLA's Estates Management Group (EMG).

DVLA requires the Supplier to adopt a consultancy approach in developing designs and agreeing space planning and/or full technical designs for various spaces of different uses, in consultation with DVLA and its stakeholders. The Supplier is required to assist DVLA in its ambition to transform its estate and provide modern and flexible environments for its staff and will be required to instruct suitably qualified and experienced expertise in undertaking the necessary roles to deliver the projects in scope.
