Brief description:
Regeneration and Growth has achieved major transformation over the last 18 months and secured a significant investment and policy programme alongside significant high performing operational services.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic PA/Executive professional who is experienced in providing a range of quality secretarial support including diary management. Someone who is able to deal with high volumes of work, can work well within a team environment as well as with minimum supervision.
This post will offer a wide range of support to the Director of Regeneration and Growth. You will play a key role in driving the fast pace of change as well as ensuring transparency and accountability of activity across the Directorate. You will demonstrate a track record of successful delivery and have the required skills and experience to perform to a high standard in a challenging environment.
You will be an experienced PA, who has worked with elected members, directors/senior managers or people in positions of authority.
You must hold GCSE Maths and English or equivalent along with OCR/RSA II in Typing/Word processing or equivalent.
Candidates will be expected to be flexible as there will be a requirement for the them to work 2 days in the office.
