Scope of Works

A.General Work Description

1.There are two parcels of work the Contractor is required to provide a price for in their tender return:
a.3 nos. Sauter outstations to be replaced with Siemens outstations compatible with the Siemens Desigo Insight Building management System (BMS) installed for operation, monitoring and control of plant/equipment.

b.Auto control valves shall be supplied and installed for LPHW heating circuits for wards 1-6. The location being: wards 1-3 in block 52 and wards 4-6 in block 39
