Description

The Council would like to appoint a supplier to provide the following service;
Provision of market valuations for property for Right to Buy (RTB) Property for the Housing Department, and other property valuations

The term of the contract will be for 5 years.

Your tender will be evaluated 30% Price/70% Quality.

The company awarded the work must have an office within the Ashford Borough, RICS qualified staff who will be engaged on this project, Public Liability minimum of £5M, Professional Indemnity minimum of £1M
