Description

This tender is for the procurement of a contractor to deliver the following Enabling Works
o Demolition and excavation works
o All structural works associated with structural modifications to the building and reinforcement of the floors
o New lift shaft and motor-rooms
o Additional services risers
o Reconfiguration of the external courtyard
o Conservation and repair works to the building fabric, including roof repairs/(possible)replacement; and
o Below ground drainage and services connection across Little College Street, linking Fielden House to Millbank House (service trench work will be carried out by WCC)


It is expected that the demolition and excavation works will be completed within a period of 20 weeks from the contract start date including a 2-week mobilisation period.
