Description

Bidders are asked to submit a formal tender for the "Pier Masters House refurbishment".

The works comprise of the refurbishment of the Pier Master's House. This building is located in the Royal Albert Dock and is part of National Museums Liverpool's Waterfront Estate.

The building is used as a period house display open to visitors, although the building will be closed for the duration of the works.

The works comprise of the installation of gas central heating, staff kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, plasterwork repairs, installation of a powered sliding entrance door and internal redecoration.
