Description
The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey (the "Council") is inviting Tenders for the Provision of a Single Homeless Pathway Partnership in accordance with the Invitation to tender documents (ITT). The service will provide accommodation and support services for Homeless People with support needs in Haringey and will offer a range of low, medium and high support that offers people a personalised pathway away from homelessness, that builds on their strengths and aspirations for the future.
The contract shall run for a period of three (3) years with option to extend for two further periods of two (2) years each, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
The service will be delivered by a partnership of organisations under one unified contract instead of multiple contracts/lots. The aim is to procure a service which has a wide range of expertise, shared values and principles.
A minimum of three organisations will come together to form the partnership and co-produce, co-ordinate and deliver support and accommodation provisions that champion independence, inclusion, peer support and wellbeing by bringing diverse expertise and approaches together.
The service should not be delivered via subcontracting arrangements but by a partnership, with parity of interest in delivering the specified outcomes even where they deliver different proportions of the Pathway. Organisations within the Partnership will be mutually accountable and supportive of one another; making decisions based on the best outcome for the person.
The contract shall run for a period of three (3) years with option to extend for two further periods of two (2) years each, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
Invitation to Tender documentation for this opportunity can be accessed via the Council's procurement portal HPCS https://s2c.waxdigital.co.uk/ProcurementLBHaringey).
