Description

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust requires the services of an Occupational Health Physician on a sessional basis. We require 4 planned visits per month with the option of further sessions as and when required. The locations for the sessions are primarily at: St Mary's Hospital, London Road, Kettering, NN15 7PU, With occasional requirements at:Berrywood Hospital, Berrywood Drive, Duston, Northampton, NN5 6UD, or Campbell House, Campbell Square, Northampton, NN1 3EB NOTE: the attached Terms & Conditions document includes the Tender Specification and the Commercial Schedule which suppliers are required to complete.
