Description

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council wishes to invite providers of Home Support Services to apply to provide 'Phase 1' Individual Service Fund (ISF) services.

This process relates to the provision of Individual Service Funds for Home Support CQC Regulated Services only. At this time we are only accepting applications from existing providers of Home Support, currently providing services to people in the Bradford District, who wish to continue to supporting individuals, by both managing their ISF Fund and delivering their services.
