Description

We are seeking to appoint a provider to deliver the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard that can:
• Ensure that the programme provides appropriate development support for the core skills and attributes identified for Aspiring Managers via our \"Horizons\" framework;
• Ensure a fit with our organisational approach and ways of working - for example our corporate plan, performance management framework, Inclusion & Diversity Strategy together with our existing approach to management development featuring coaching as a leadership style, action learning sets, emotional intelligence and self-reflection to build personal/team resilience; and
• Provide different approaches to learning across the programme.
